Booking Confirmation:
All bookings made with Triple A Tours are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email or message from us.

Payment:
Payment for our services is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated to Triple A Tours in writing (via email or message). Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms of your booking. These fees will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Changes to Bookings:
Changes to your booking, including amendments to dates, times, or itinerary, may be accommodated subject to availability and any applicable fees. Requests for changes should be made as early as possible and will be processed at the discretion of Triple A Tours.

Travel Documents and Responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and permits, required for entry into Sri Lanka and for the duration of their stay. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including details of any special requirements or preferences.

Liability:
Triple A Tours acts as a transportation service provider and does not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the provision of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Customers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or incidents during their journey.

Force Majeure:
Triple A Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or labor disputes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Acceptance of Terms:
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website.
